We want you to love your Sway purchase but please notify us as soon as possible if you need to send back your order. Online orders need to be returned at customers expense for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once your order is received by us we will email you to approve your refund or exchange.
